Designed By, powered by the Diversity in Design (DID) Collaborative, returned to Detroit for a second iteration of the youth design fest.

Taking place at Detroit's College for Creative Studies on September 29, Designed By explored the nature of design and its impact on the world around us, and sought to illuminate pathways into design careers for high school-age students.

Students once again participated in roundtable sessions to hear from some of the best and brightest diverse designers in the industry, heard from influential speakers, and students and facilitators alike had an extra opportunity to engage through a Design Challenge that was new to the event.
